Email Addresses

We collect and store email addresses submitted to us by users voluntarily on a database on our server and in individual email software on computers. We also may pass on an email addresses to a third party supplier solely for the purpose of delivering a better service to the individual, be it for estimating a project or outsourcing work. These third party suppliers and partners abide by standard business practices and we work with them in good faith.

We would never add an email address to an emarketing list and take measures to protect the data held on our server and individual computers. In short, we will never send you SPAM emails – we like you too much! We may occasionally send you an email to remind you of our services although this will likely be less than 4 times in one year and these promotional emails for V4 Technical Ltd will always provide a simple unsubscribe link.

Submitted data is periodically cleared from our server, however the data submitted via forms is held on users computers for an indefinite period of time. None of the data submitted using our forms is considered sensitive.
