The DataStation web app enables remote data collection, graphical analysis and information sharing for health & safety purposes, incident reporting and property health Statistics.

To complement their web application, we were asked to work with Datastation to specify and develop an iPad app that would provide much of the functionality of the web tool but for mobile users.

We then went on to build a native iOS app which automatically synchronised the user reports needed for the day’s site visits. It records the inspector’s responses to questions throughout the day and then passes them back to the DataStation web app wirelessly, at the end of the day.

As the services and requirements of DataSation’s clients have grown we have continued to enhance the iPad app and are actively working with their team as a technical partner.
