Building on the experience we gained working on the hugely successful Alpro Soya’s Year of Wellbeing, this application allows our client to create wellbeing related questionnaires, add scores to the possible answers and analyse and generate reports on the responses.
Deployed within a number of county councils and other medium to large organisations to measure the wellbeing of the staff and generate action items where required.
Success criteria for the project was that the questionnaire creation system is flexible and the front end for those completing the surveys is friendly, easy to use and intuitive.

Developed over multiple years, this image library is built for scale currently stores 4 million images related to job management and quality control.
Images are sent from the field operatives to the system via mobile phones and PDAs using MMS or email, the simple interface for sending makes this system intuitive and easy to train.
Numerous interfaces to external systems are also available, taking image and job feeds from third party remote applications and importing and amending data in the library.
Along with the image management and manipulation functionality, a full job tracking system is built in allowing the initialisation, near real-time monitoring of progress and fault reporting of over 300,000 jobs so far.

Client: AXA Insurance UK
Powering a customer service improvement across the whole of AXA UK, this application provides a social media environment for staff to suggest and act on process improvement opportunities.
Giving the staff a voice and providing functionality similar to Get Satisfaction and other support and discussion software products, this exciting web application actually comes in a couple of flavours depending on the audience.
Each flavour is administered from a central admin area allowing the small but busy Red Button team to manage priorities, comments, actions and responses.

Personal wellbeing measurement and promotion
A large scale social media site, driving a wellbeing advertising and personal improvement initiative.
Multiple areas of wellbeing had questions associated with them, question responses had scoring and also drove the next question asked, so for example if a visitor responded that they smoked the questions regarding number per day etc. were included otherwise a different path would be taken through the survey.
Once all the answers had been completed, users could do this over multiple sessions, the user would be allocated a wellbeing score and also see a spider diagram showing areas that need improvement.
In addition they would receive 366 tips via email, either one per day or as a weekly. Each tip was taken from a pool of around 4000 tips but the selection was targeted by the user’s responses so the tips they received were relevant to them.
Pretty much all of our development work is under non-disclosure agreements with design agencies or our clients which means we aren’t allowed to include screenshots of them here sadly.
Hopefully though, the images and descriptions above will give you a feel for the breadth of work we can undertake.
